What Is It? 🤔

Affiliate Billing allows you to view, manage, and settle the balances owed to your affiliates. You can settle payments individually or in bulk, add notes for settlements, and download detailed reports for transparency and record-keeping.

How To Set It Up? ⚙️

1. Go to the Open Balance Page
Access the list of open balances in your Trackdesk dashboard.

2. Select Balances to Settle
Choose individual affiliates or use filters to settle multiple at once.

3. Add Settlement Notes
Optionally include notes explaining the purpose or details of the settlement.

4. Confirm Settlement
Click “Settle” to mark balances as paid and move them to the settled balance section.

5. Download Reports
Download settlement details or PayPal-specific payout files as needed.
