What Is It? 🤔

Affiliate Billing lets you manage and mark balances as settled. Settling here means payment is ready to process—it doesn’t confirm the affiliate has been paid. (Excludes Tipalti integration.) You can settle individually or in bulk and download reports.

How To Set It Up? ⚙️

1. Go to the Open Balance Page
Access the list of open balances in your Trackdesk dashboard.

2. Select Balances to Settle
Choose individual affiliates or use filters to settle multiple at once.

3. Add Settlement Notes
Optionally include notes explaining the purpose or details of the settlement.

4. Confirm Settlement
Click “Settle” to mark balances as paid and move them to the settled balance section.

5. Download Reports
Download settlement details or PayPal-specific payout files as needed.
