Two-factor authentication requires users to provide two forms of identification before accessing their accounts. Trackdesk supports 2FA via:

• SMS verification: Receive a code on your phone each time you log in.

• Authentication apps: Use apps like Google Authenticator to generate time-based codes.

How To Set It Up? ⚙️

1. Verify Your Email
First, verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox.

2. Access 2FA Settings
Go to the user menu in Trackdesk and select "Multi-factor authentication."

3. Add 2FA Methods
Add SMS by entering your phone number with country code, or set up an authentication app by scanning the QR code or entering the secret key.

4. Confirm and Activate
Enter the code generated by your chosen method to confirm setup.

5. Manage Your 2FA Methods
View and manage active 2FA methods anytime from your account settings.
