Trackdesk MCP Server
Operate Your Affiliate Program from Any AI Assistant
Connect Claude, Cursor, or Windsurf directly to your program.
Query live data, trigger payouts, and prototype integrations — no exports, no custom code.
What Is the Trackdesk MCP Server?
Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect securely to external tools and data. Instead of exporting CSVs for an assistant to read, the assistant is granted scoped, real-time access to the underlying platform.
The MCP server exposes the full Trackdesk public API through two tools — search to discover available endpoints, and execute to run them. Your AI assistant can immediately execute actions based on your natural language propmpt: pull live performance data, run reports, manage offers, and much more. Because Trackdesk hosts the server natively, there is no infrastructure to manage and no code to write.
1. Generate a Personal Access Token
In Trackdesk, navigate to Settings → Integrations → Personal access tokens and issue a new token. The token authenticates every request and inherits the permissions of the issuing account.
2. Add MCP Server Configuration
Insert a short configuration snippet into your MCP-compatible client, using your Trackdesk subdomain and the access token you just generated.
3. Restart Your Client
Trackdesk appears in your assistant's list of connected tools. Query data, generate reports, or execute actions in natural language — your assistant automatically resolves the correct API endpoints. See the full setup guide for client-specific configuration details.
Works With AI Tools Your Team Already Uses
Trackdesk MCP implements the open Model Context Protocol standard, so any MCP-compatible client can connect.
What You Can Do With Trackdesk MCP

Real-Time Reporting Without Exports
Pull conversion counts, approval status, NGR, RevShare and CPA performance, or any custom slice on demand. Your assistant queries live data — there is nothing to export, refresh, or reconcile.

Trigger Actions Across Your Program
Approve conversions, update affiliate statuses, or adjust commissions directly from your AI client. The MCP server scopes every action to the permissions of the token you provide.

Prototype API Integrations Before Engineering
Have your AI test endpoints, authenticate, and scope the implementation before your developers. The MCP server uses the same public API your integrations will run on in production.

Investigate Fraud and Anomalies Faster
Ask for affiliates with unusual conversion, sudden drops, or approval-rate outliers. Pair with your existing fraud detection to move from question to action without leaving the assistant.

Manage Multi-Program Operations
For agencies and networks running multiple programs: switch between tenants, compare performance, and run cross-program operations from a single conversation.

Zero Infrastructure Overhead
No local servers, no middleware, no maintenance window. The MCP server is hosted by Trackdesk and reached over HTTPS.
Who It's For?
Built for Every Role That Touches the Program

Affiliate Program Managers
Pull performance summaries, run approvals, and act on outliers without opening the dashboard. The assistant handles the lookup; you decide the action.

Operations & Customer Support
Look up affiliates, check conversion statuses, and resolve issues through plain language. Faster context for every ticket, with no UI navigation in between.

Founders & Business Executives
Get an instant read on program health — trends, top affiliates, conversion velocity — without waiting on a manager to pull the report.

Developers & Tech Integrators
Discover and test API endpoints from Cursor or Windsurf before writing integration code. The MCP server runs on the same public API your production code will use.
Both. The assistant can read data and execute actions through the API. The scope of what it can do is defined entirely by the permissions of the personal access token you provide.
