Affiliate Access Management

Affiliate Access Management lets you decide whether new affiliates are automatically approved upon registration or require manual approval. You can also update affiliate statuses—Enabled, Pending, or Disabled—to manage their access and reporting privileges.

Control your affiliate network’s entry and visibility:

✅ Automatic Approval
New affiliates gain instant access and receive welcome emails.

✅ Manual Approval
Approve affiliates before granting system access to maintain quality control.

✅ Status Management
Easily change affiliate statuses individually or in bulk for streamlined oversight.

✅ Access Restriction
Pending and disabled affiliates cannot log in or generate stats.

1. Choose Approval Mode
Set automatic or manual approval for new affiliates in your Trackdesk settings.

2. Review Pending Affiliates
For manual approval, review and approve affiliates from the affiliate list.

3. Change Affiliate Status
Update statuses individually or select multiple affiliates for bulk changes.

4. Communicate with Affiliates
Approved affiliates receive welcome emails; pending affiliates receive pending notifications.
