What Is It? 🤔

Affiliate Access Management lets you decide whether new affiliates are automatically approved upon registration or require manual approval. You can also update affiliate statuses—Enabled, Pending, or Disabled—to manage their access and reporting privileges.

How To Set It Up? ⚙️

1. Choose Approval Mode
Set automatic or manual approval for new affiliates in your Trackdesk settings.

2. Review Pending Affiliates
For manual approval, review and approve affiliates from the affiliate list.

3. Change Affiliate Status
Update statuses individually or select multiple affiliates for bulk changes.

4. Communicate with Affiliates
Approved affiliates receive welcome emails; pending affiliates receive pending notifications.
