Trackdesk enables you to export bulk affiliate payout data in CSV format, which can then be imported into Wise. This manual step bridges the gap for affiliate managers looking to benefit from Wise’s competitive rates and global reach — without having to process each payout individually.

How To Set It Up? ⚙️
1. Set Wise as the Payment Method
In Trackdesk, configure Wise as the default payment method for affiliates. This aligns with our system logic and allows CSV export.
2. Ensure Affiliate Details Are Complete
Once affiliates select Wise in their payment method field, they’ll be prompted to fill in all the required payout information automatically.
3. Export Payment Data
From the settlement detail view, export the CSV with all necessary payout details. This file can then be uploaded into Wise for payment processing.
4. Track Payment Status
While you won’t see real-time statuses directly in the Trackdesk dashboard, payment tracking is possible via Wise or through the settlement details post-export.
