Affiliate Coupons let you track conversions that originate from coupon code usage — instead of requiring a click from a tracked link. It’s ideal for partners who promote your brand via podcasts, print, YouTube videos, or any channel where a clickable link isn’t always possible.

Each affiliate gets a unique coupon code assigned to them. When a customer uses this code at checkout, the system attributes the sale to the correct affiliate — and applies the relevant commission.

You can create coupons manually or import them in bulk via CSV, and they can be used alongside recurring commissions, revenue share models, and subscription payments.

How To Set It Up? ⚙️

1. Assign Coupon to an Affiliate
In the affiliate’s profile or the Coupons section, create and assign a unique code.

2. Define Conversion Logic
Decide what conversion type and commission model the coupon will trigger — including fixed, percentage, or recurring payouts.

3. Distribute the Code
Give the affiliate their coupon code for promotion across offline or non-clickable media.

4. Track & Report
When a customer uses the code, Trackdesk logs the conversion, applies the payout, and shows it in your reports — just like a normal tracked sale.

5. Import in Bulk (Optional)
Use the Import Coupons tool to upload large batches of codes and assignments from a CSV file.
