Custom Cookie Time allows you to set the duration—measured in days—that a tracking cookie stays in a visitor’s browser. During this period, any eligible conversions will be attributed to the affiliate whose link was clicked, depending on your selected attribution model.

How To Set It Up? ⚙️

1. Go to Conversion Attribution Settings
Access your Trackdesk settings and locate the tracking or conversion attribution section.

2. Select Cookie Expiration Time
Choose the number of days your tracking cookie should remain valid.

3. Save Changes
Once saved, this setting will apply to new visitors tracked via your affiliate links.

4. Combine with Attribution Model
Use in conjunction with First Touch or Last Touch attribution settings to define exactly how credit is assigned.
