Email Messaging to Affiliates

The Email Messaging feature enables you to send emails to your affiliates directly through Trackdesk. You can target emails individually, by affiliate status, by affiliate tier, or broadcast to all affiliates simultaneously, providing complete flexibility and precision in your communications.

How To Set It Up? ⚙️

1. Log in and Navigate 
Access your Trackdesk dashboard and go to Affiliate Management → Email Messaging.

2. Select Target Audience 
Choose your recipients—send to all affiliates, by specific status, tier, or individually selected affiliates.

3. Compose Your Message 
Write your email content and optionally edit the reply-to email address.

4. Send and Track Emails 
Send your email and track the messaging history conveniently displayed below the "New message" button.
