Webhooks are automated messages sent from Trackdesk to an external URL when a specified event occurs in your account. They enable real-time communication between Trackdesk and other systems—like CRMs, BI tools, accounting platforms, or automation workflows.

1. Go to Tracking → Webhooks
From your Trackdesk dashboard, open the Tracking section and select Webhooks.
2. Add a New Webhook
Click "Add a new webhook" to begin setup.

4. Enter Your Webhook URL
Paste the destination URL that will receive the payload.
5. Save and Test
